You will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects and initiatives to identify, develop and retain our top talent including reviewing and realigning our approach to talent management and succession planning. This includes building leadership capability through the development and delivery of leadership and talent programs and clearly articulating and supporting career pathways.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Consulting with key stakeholder to determine Organisation Development (OD) requirements
- Maintaining up to date knowledge and understanding of OD trends, methodologies and best practice to inform the design, development and implementation of CPA’s OD strategy.
- Developing and implementing CPAs talent management and succession planning strategy to facilitate the retention of top talent to meet future needs of the business
- Developing leading edge talent management initiatives to align outcomes with CPAs strategic direction
- Designing and improving the leadership and management capability framework to ensure managers are equipped with skills, knowledge and experience to lead high performing teams
About you:
- At least 4 years demonstrated experience in developing and delivering talent and leadership programs
- Demonstrated experience building leadership capability; managing talent mapping and planning, career pathways and succession planning
- Disability, aged care or community services experience ideal but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence
- Positive and energetic approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
