Join our high performing Talent Attraction team as a support Coordinator working closely with the Advisors and supporting during peaks in work and team leave. You will initially be employed on a 12-month max term basis and work 3 days per week (must include a Friday).

Your day will be a mix of posting advertising, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews and processing background and compliance checks.

Ideally some experience with end-to-end Recruitment and supporting a busy team

  • Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in using Microsoft Products including Teams, Word and Excel and ideally prior Page Up experience
  • Ability to comply with Mission Australia's Biological Safety Policy and be fully vaccinated for Covid 19

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, provide proof of vaccination for Covid 19 and referee checks.
