Talent Advisor

Description:

We are seeking applications from passionate talent advisors to join our supportive and collaborative People and Culture team in the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to build relationships and define the recruitment services and processes in the Department. The role provides administrative services and project assistance to deliver efficient and effective talent acquisition services to the business, and support the implementation of contemporary, customer focused sourcing solutions that meet organisational needs.

The role will deliver services such as:

• Provide advice and information to internal customers on best practice recruitment, attraction, and talent resourcing methodologies
• Provide project support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain and update recruitment systems, processes and policies and maintain accurate records in records information systems
• Support innovation and improvements in the way recruitment is delivered across the Department
• Onboard candidates onto our systems to ensure they are set up for their first day
• Contribute to the creation of exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.

  You are able to communicate confidently and effectively both in writing and over the phone, and you will bring strong attention to detail skills, especially in written tasks such as creating Letters of Offer.

  You will have working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements or the ability to learn.
