Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Provide quality, proactive and timely customer support for teacher talent acquisition activities, including hiring manager and candidate communication and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Officers across the teacher recruitment team to ensure consistency of approach and quality of recruitment processes.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable recruitment legislation, policy, procedures and practices.
  • Contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement of teacher recruitment processes, including identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Maintain relevant computer systems to update vacancy and candidate progress records and monitor recruitment requisitions for delays or blockages.
  • Extract recruitment data from relevant systems when requested, providing insights where possible.
  • Foster an equitable, ethical and safe work environment.
