Partnering with Crown’s business units and key stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day to day running of the portfolio. This includes sourcing and screening of candidates, coordination of interviews and assessment centres, background checking, contracting and various other administrative tasks which help to continuously improve service delivery to the business

 

Integral to the success of this role is your ability to support the Talent Acquisition Advisors and manage the workload effectively to ensure we deliver against agreed service levels to the business. You will be candidate focused and passionate about the Crown brand ensuring that you position Crown as an Employer of Choice in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders alike.

  • Recent experience in a Recruitment, Human Resources or Administration role
  • An interest in developing a career in Recruitment
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to understand the operations of a wide variety of corporate and support services departments
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Fantastic communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word & Excel
