Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a TAFE Services Coordinator to join the Customer & Stakeholder Relations team based at Cooma campus. The TAFE Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services. The role ensures excellence in service experience on campus as well as optimising community and multicultural engagement. This varied role will include hands-on roles duties such as classroom set up, campus tours, facilities maintenance and assisting students when they are on site. Some travel to Jindabyne Connected Learning Centre will be required.
Applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude, you are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills. You are technologically savvy with sound experience within Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities.

  • A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours
