As the Talent Lead, you are regarded as a recruitment expert who possesses a deep enthusiasm not only for leadership but also for delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the wider Talent team, handling day-to-day inquiries and escalations with great efficiency and expertise. Your responsibilities will encompass spearheading the talent acquisition planning function in collaboration. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the luxury premium brand through various recruitment campaigns. Your mission is to not only bolster the brand but also to boost applications and to actively seek out, engage with, and attract specialised talent in the market by employing a diverse set of proactive sourcing techniques! The Key Duties Will Include
 

  • Coordinating the company approach to recruitment for ongoing, non-ongoing and contractor staff.
  • Preparing written material for internal stakeholders relating to bulk and other recruitment process.
  • Assisting with running the division's bulk recruitment processes, including preparing procurement paperwork to arrange external recruitment provider support for the process.
  • Preparing paperwork for updates to the Aurion recruitment system including structural changes, position creation and position changes.
     

Skills And Capabilities
 

  • Experience in providing recruitment advice and recruitment support services
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to liaise with various internal stakeholders and external recruitment advisers and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Well developed recruitment skills and the ability to manage recruitment projects and report regularly on progress to senior managers.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in preparing effective and timely advice and briefs to a high standard.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision with good analytical skills, professional judgement, and common sense.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and be flexible and responsive to the needs of the team.
     

Knowledge And Experience
 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR highly desirable.
  • Experience with APS recruitment procurement processes.
  • Current national police clearance or ability to obtain
  • Current baseline clearance or ability to obtain
