Description:
This role will require occasional out of hours support to fix a technical problem or to do some maintenance work to the IT systems without disrupting daily business.
Responsibilities
- Support services for all IT related matters for Australia and USA offices
- Maintaining Excel Macros, SQL scripts, SSIS and SSRS
- Configuration and maintenance of Windows 2008-2019 servers and Windows 10 PCs
- Configuration and maintenance of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApps solutions including Citrix NetScaler gateways
- Configuration and maintenance of VMWare vSphere 6.7 and above systems
- Configuration and maintenance of Fortinet FortiGate UTM
- Configuration and maintenance of Juniper and Cisco switches and Wi-Fi Aps
- Configuration and maintenance of Polycom, Zoom, Teams and WebEx conferencing solutions
- Monitoring of Rapid7 InsightIDR alerts and InsightVm vulnerabilities management platforms
- Monitoring of Mimecast email gateways
