We are currently looking for an experience Support Analyst who brings excellent customer service skills to provide IT support to various areas of a large bank based here in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable career experience in a very respected, reputable organisation. Build relationships, provide professional service and optimise end-user technology use.

  • Provide face-to-face 1st and 2nd level support to various areas of the organisation, from front-line employees up to an executive level
  • Provide assistance with app installation, laptop use and various other support for phones, tablets and associated hardware
  • Provide technical support for Cisco conferences and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage tickets and incidents in Service Now
  • Excellent customer service skills including strong communication, optimistic attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills including ability to actively troubleshoot issues
  • A decent understanding of various Microsoft applications and infrastructure such as printers, mice and keyboards
  • Strong work ethic including ability to adapt to business needs
