The part you’ll play in achieving our transformation will be to ensure we continue to deliver results to the business as we move along the transformation journey. You will be involved in rolling out new processes, training staff on new processes and helping create a culture of Continuous Improvement. This role will also be working alongside other business units to ensure we are delivering the best customer service possible.

The role is to improve our overall Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators via a structed continuous approach in both the Main Distribution Centre as well as stock points throughout the UK. The role does not currently include a team however this may change as we start to see the benefits being delivered.

Accountabilities
 

  • Uphold an environment that puts people’s health, wellbeing and safety and engagement at the forefront.
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Supply Chain projects & initiatives along with wider collaboration with the wider Belron UK management team.
  • Work as part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team to translate strategy into improvement activities and operational/tactical plans that will contribute the ongoing development of the Supply Chain business strategy.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service which exceeds customer service targets for both the external and internal customers.
  • Support the optimum use of business assets including property, vehicles, materials and technology.
  • Continuously seek and search for opportunities to share and implement best practice ideas throughout the supply chain.
