This role is a key change agent for optimisation initiatives across End-to-End Supply Chain. The individual will be responsible for providing direction and expertise to the assigned country/cluster Supply Chain Fulfilment team in areas of Transportation, Warehousing and Freight, to enable the country/cluster to drive improvement in achieving better operational profitability ($), efficiency and increased agility.

This role is expected to be able to articulate the country/cluster pain points and provide day to day support such as data analysis, leading projects and continually hunt for opportunities as optimization effort.

  • Consolidate and Analyze large data from multiple data sources to identify gaps in end to end Supply Chain, articulating problem statements, breaking and prioritizing problems and driving actions.
  • Identify and present opportunities to Leadership team for efficiency gains (operational process improvement) and drive these continuous improvement projects where appropriately assigned.
  • Lead and drive local deployment of both Global or Regional strategic projects such as VATE (TMS, LBS), LEAN and/or Six Sigma programs, regional cost reduction programs (and etc) for the assigned country/cluster.
  • Maintain and govern country/cluster Fulfilment KPI metrics encompassing warehousing, transportation and other supply chain related measurable success measures to drive operational and business performance. This includes not only monitoring the regular monthly results but also assist in investigating misses, analysis and prioritizing resolve of top pareto issues.
  • Continually improve the KPI metrics for ease of visibility and action planning by working with IT team to either create or enhance existing digital platforms for standardized visual performance dashboard.
  • Identify, Govern and drive country/cluster Value Improvement Program (VIPs) including escalation of risks to pipeline and ensuring project owners are assigned and held accountable.
  • Drive governance and provide support to the markets’ improvement projects pipeline to minimize and reduce Supply Chain costs as a % of net sales assigned. This can be in the form of VIPs or operational Process improvements.
  • Support the Fulfilment team in the space of managing country/cluster Financials or Costs. This can be in the means of monthly P&F or cost reviews
  • Able to provide, present and articulate a deep level of understanding to the market(s) challenges, opportunity areas and key focus area.
  • Provide sound advices to fulfilment team members in enabling effective operational performance management as appropriate to their roles and support market in driving accountability/governance processes to improve operational performance.
  • Participate and contribute in strategic and tactical discussions at high level with Leadership team for broader topics such as Network Optimization, Pain points, streamlining and future proofing discussions.
