Supervisor

Description:

Your experience will include project management in a similar role in infrastructure maintenance / construction within the resources sector. Formal qualifications in maintenance / engineering and project management is a must, together with proficiency in project management software and tools. You will be an exceptional people leader, able to mentor, engage and develop a team. The ability to multitask and prioritise in an environment with shifting timelines and complexities is essential.

A sound understanding of maintenance work management processes and systems including managing maintenance work utilising a CMMS system (prefer SAP), a Certificate of Frontline Management or equivalent together with experience with developing maintenance budgets is required for this role.
