Supervisor

Description:

A successful and highly regarded construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Site Supervisor. They build a range of commercial high rise and luxury apartment projects.

They're currently recruiting for a Supervisor to manage a high rise structural apartment project , South of the river.

Responsibilities
 

• Liaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on time
• Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projects
• Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
• Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames
• Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
• Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame
• Coordinate trades and clients during maintenance period
   

Your background:
 

• 3+ years' experience supervising Commercial projects
• A strong knowledge of high rise commercial projects or luxury apartments
• understanding of building codes
• Trade background
