Superintendents

Description:

We will be seeking experienced Superintendents (Civil, Mechanical, SMP, Electrical) for major WA based resource projects for late 2024 and 2025. These will be site-based roles typically on 2/1 FIFO roster, 12-month contracts predominantly with the EPCM or Owners Team.

Your Responsibilities
 

• Provide supervision and development to all team members
• Provide direction/advice/assistance on technical issues
• Create clear and concise scopes for projects
• Coordinate daily labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Completion of all OH&S and Quality Assurance documentation
• Ensure compliance to WHS policies & procedures
   

Your Experience
 

• Experience in working in large scale resources projects
• Relevant Trade qualifications
• Strong experience supervising contractor
• Minimum EPCM level experience preferred
• A proven track record of safety management and a strong awareness of and commitment to a safe working culture
• Experience in planning and scheduling works
