Superintendent Leads

Description:

The purpose of the role is to successfully lead a regional team to support the delivery of the Integrated Works Program managing the compliance and surveillance activities across all construction and maintenance works. The Program includes Design & Construction Works, maintenance and facilities management services, tactical renewals, professional services, and minor works projects delivery by multiple Delivery Partners.

The Superintendent Lead also facilitates collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams across Sydney Water and the Regional Delivery Partnerships to ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency in project delivery, cost and risk management across all assigned projects within and across asset classes. A vehicle is allocated to this role to used for work purposes.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
 

• Lead a Superintendent team to monitor and report on program performance in line with organisational standards, specifications and contractual obligations
• Develop and implement compliance and surveillance activities across all contractor construction and maintenance activities
• Analyse and audit project and maintenance data inputs to ensure business compliance is adequately managed and provide timely and accurate reporting to Area Delivery teams
• Ensure project risks are effectively identified, managed and communicated in a timely manner to the Area Delivery teams, in order to effectively manage any matters that could impact the delivery of the project in scope, schedule and cost.
