Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable functional and non-functional test cases and regression test from analysis of requirement, change impact assessments, user stories and process maps.
- Execute test cases to agreed methods, standards and timelines.
- Develop test plans and report on progress.
- Follow testing protocols in the recording, analysing, prioritising and resolving of defects. This includes the maintenance of a defect register.
- Provide specialist testing advice, as directed, to support others.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (REC), and variable pay and Remuneration(REM)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end test delivery within SuccessFactors modules, with a particular focus on functional testing.
- Experience in vast range of testing methodologies, practices and procedures, including experience in both system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Experience in determining testing objectives and requirements in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience testing off-the-shelf configurable products, especially workflow applications.
