We are building our team and we are seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the new role of Relationship Consultant. If you are seeking to be an authority in Sales this is the role for you

As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on ensuring the delivery of team training and professional development events to clients in line with their specific needs and agreement, to ensure the retention and growth of your assigned client portfolio.

You will perform a vital role in assessing our client’s requirements and proposing solutions. Your clients should see you as a trusted advisor who is empowered to deliver on the commitments made.

  • Has a minimum 3 years’ Account Management / sales experience in a business services or commercial environment
  • May have some working knowledge of training program management or similar
  • Can take a quality client brief and create a meaningful, attractive proposal that meets the brief
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Takes pride in completing tasks – on time with high accuracy
  • Has excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Prides themselves on delivering a high standard of customer care and focus
  • Is able to demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness
  • Can monitor, manage and report on client’s contract performance and deliverables in an accurate and timely manner
  • Integrity and willingness to follow through on commitments
  • An eye for detail – no detail is too small!
  • Has the talent, confidence, and enthusiasm to successfully contribute to achieving the company’s financial and operational objectives
