Description:
ECU's Student Administration directorate processes admission applications, manages fees and scholarships, provides examination logistics, result administration, develops and maintains academic and examination timetables.
The Role
As a Student Transactions Officer within Assessments and Student Records, you will be responsible for (but not limited to), processing results, course transfers and Progression Panel outcomes, supporting the administration of all centrally timetabled examinations and handling complex email and phone inquiries.
Key Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
Experience working in a busy, high volume transactional administrative workplac
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems under pressure
A sound level of communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomously

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time fixed term position attracts remuneration of $69,152 to $73,652 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
