About the Role
As a Student Service Officer, you will be working in a dynamic, supportive team to provide high quality support and advice to students across RMIT’s Student Connect channels and service points.
You will be helping students to explore and understand their options, guiding them through student administrative and support processes to help resolve any issues and enhance their RMIT student experience.
About You
You will be an excellent communicator, with a positive and proactive approach to work. With your background in providing exceptional customer service, you’ll personify the phrase “happy to help” and readily jump into new challenges. Your high-level of emotional intelligence, and capacity to engage and empathise with students will set you up for success in this role.
You will also have:
Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for shifting between different service channels (i.e., in-person support, phone, email tickets).
Resilience and a knack for working in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities effectively.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building professional relationships.
