The Team
The position of Advisor, Student Programs forms a part of the International Education branch within the Global Victoria group.
Global Victoria Group

We do this by building the export capability of Victorian businesses, connecting Victorians to global trade opportunities through our international network of 23 offices, promoting our world class industry capabilities to international audiences. We take a leadership role for global engagement across Government and advocate for the best policy settings for Victoria to be globally competitive.
International Education Branch
The International Education Sector Branch Is responsible for supporting international education businesses and international students through diversifying export markets and products; providing support to providers to expand their export market focus and maintaining Victoria's position as a destination of choice for students.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Student Programs the position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of program and administrative support functions to a consistently high standard to support student enrichment and employability projects and programs under the Study Melbourne Empowered Series and Study Melbourne Inclusion Program. This will involve undertaking a wide variety of work including stakeholder engagement, assisting with procurement and grant administration processes, and financial monitoring and reporting.
The Candidate
This role requires an excellent working knowledge of program administration, well developed planning and organisation skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be able to work effectively as a member of a team and will enjoy flexible working arrangements.
