Description:
The role will be responsible for the monitoring of domestic and international students’ attendance and academic success in conjunction with the ESOS Act and will ensure the College and students are in adherence with relevant compliance with policy expectations. Under the supervision of the SAS Manager, you will also be expected to monitor all student attendance and maintain an up to date, detailed risk register. Your work will directly contribute to the retention of students within the college.
You will be an excellent communicator, with a positive and proactive approach to work. With your background in providing exceptional customer service, you’ll personify the phrase “happy to help” and readily jump into new challenges. Your high-level of emotional intelligence, and capacity to engage and empathise with students will set you up for success in this role.
