Description:
As part of Edith Cowan University’s Business Growth and Development unit, Student Ambassador Recruit’s (STAR’s) act as positive role models to give a first-hand view of the benefits of higher education and to represent ECU at a variety of events (on campus or in schools, colleges, and community settings) in support of ECU marketing and recruitment & outreach strategies. In Semester 1, 2023, we have a number of STAR casual positions available. The STAR’s will ideally be spread evenly across ECU schools. We also encourage applications from a mixture of students (UG, PG, HDR) and those from diverse entry pathways e.g. ATAR, TAFE, Prep courses.
The Role
ECU STAR’s work directly with the ECU Future Student Engagements team to contribute to the university community. They share their knowledge and experience gained from studying at ECU to prospective students and are involved in a variety of activities and events, including:
