Description:
Student Administration at The University of Notre Dame provides expertise, service and operational support across a broad range of student administration, student service and key regulatory, policy and compliance functions that support the academic decisions of the Faculties, Schools and other relevant departments at the University.
- Coordinate communication to recruitment and enrolment functions of updated program and course developments
- Maintain the University’s records on Programs and Courses ensuring currency and accuracy
- Ensure that University publications, including the web, contain up to date and accurate information relating to program and course descriptions and regulations, linked to enrolment
- Provide input on programs and courses for recruitment collateral including program guides, webpages, OUA, TISC and UAC guides
- Coordinate updates to existing regulations and publishing of new regulations on the University website
- Coordinate the ESOS requirements for programs and courses in conjunction with the International Office and the international function in Student Administration
- During peak periods undertake required updates of Student Administration records linked to curriculum and delivery (e.g. exams, timetabling)
- Completion of a degree and/or postgraduate qualification (or progress towards) with significant experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver papers, reports and proposals for all levels of the University
- Highly developed relational skills including the ability to gain confidence, influence and engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Exceptional operational and project management skills including the ability to analyse complex issues and problems, develop feasible solutions, and manage multiple concurrent complex projects from initiation through to completion
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
