Description:
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Waveconn, you report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Sales. You will play a crucial role in originating and growing relationships with national property developers and local councils involved in a variety of large-scale, placemaking developments across residential, industrial, office and retail sectors.
Key responsibilities
Relationship building and management:
- Originate, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key national property developers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand Waveconn’s presence with national property developers and local councils involved in a variety of large-scale, placemaking developments across residential, industrial, office and retail sectors.
- Track and manage the acquisition pipeline, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaboration and coordination:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including deployment, operations, commercial, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements.
- Lead negotiations on partnership contracts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management.
- A background in property or telecommunications would also be desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing high-value partnerships and acquiring new accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with strategic partners and stakeholders and to attend industry events.
