What The Day Will Look Like
- Strengthening Aon proposition across High Service Clients and Industry Groups
- Accountability for our Strategic account review program for high service clients
- Accountability for jeopardy management for high service clients
- Creation of better documentation; this role will be responsible to create, maintain and strengthen client renewal documentation for high service clients
- Accountable for defensive and new business tender responses
- Driving improvements across the business to set higher standards and deliver more consistent client experience from acquisition through to renewals
- Coaching National colleagues
- Identify opportunities for industry solutions, facilities and cross-sale opportunities across Aon National
- Strengthening technical and client engagement capabilities across National to ensure clear articulation of our value propositions and that the best advice and service is being delivered to National clients
