What The Day Will Look Like

  • Strengthening Aon proposition across High Service Clients and Industry Groups
  • Accountability for our Strategic account review program for high service clients
  • Accountability for jeopardy management for high service clients
  • Creation of better documentation; this role will be responsible to create, maintain and strengthen client renewal documentation for high service clients
  • Accountable for defensive and new business tender responses
  • Driving improvements across the business to set higher standards and deliver more consistent client experience from acquisition through to renewals
  • Coaching National colleagues
  • Identify opportunities for industry solutions, facilities and cross-sale opportunities across Aon National
  • Strengthening technical and client engagement capabilities across National to ensure clear articulation of our value propositions and that the best advice and service is being delivered to National clients
