A key pillar for sustainable growth is the creation and execution of a more strategic approach to business development. A new role, Strategic Business Development Manager – FMCG, has been created to lead the strategic acquisition of new clients by mapping the competitor landscape to identify opportunities, assessing the potential of overseas brands to perform in the Australian market, and identifying local brands with high potential that could benefit from a partnership with DKSH.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous experience in a business development role, or a national account management role with a component of new business development
  • Highly organised, able to drive and lead a strategic approach to business development
  • Commercial acumen, able to understand a P&L and assess the profitability of opportunities
  • Skilled in using distilling insight from data. Experience in category or insights roles would be highly advantageous
  • Highly collaborative and influential, taking others on the journey
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields are desirable but not essential
