Strata Manager

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization in the property management industry. They are seeking a highly organized and experienced Strata Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of 20-30 buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing exceptional service to property owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of strata properties.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and strata levies.
  • Organize and conduct meetings, including annual general meetings and committee meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from owners and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with strata laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors.
  • Manage insurance policies and claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of strata laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
