We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to join us in our brand-new pop-up Cable Melbourne store opening in Chadstone!
These opportunities are perfect for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possesses a deep understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record in management. These roles will be available from October until January 2024, with a view to move to a permanent position within the brand after this date.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage all aspects of running the store
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
- Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
- Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Processing and replenishing stock
- Show initiative and be a great team player
