Store Inventory Coordinator

Description:

This role supports CAMILLA AND MARC online and instorecustomers through their journey end to end by delivering a seamless omnichannel experience. The primary responsibilities are to fulfil online orders efficiently, manage the stock room, facilitate exchanges and credit notes, and to respond to customer enquiries through virtual styling, email, chat and phone. Reporting to the Store Manager, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and experience in stock management is a plus.
