State Manager

Description:

As the State Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take charge of operational and commercial management. The NSW operation currently consists of 250 people, with a significant fleet of machinery (internally owned and maintained). With a strong team of core staff members to support and deliver the outcomes required, the overall business has up to 1000 employees and contractors across an extensive national operation.

We're looking for a committed, energetic leader who can bring passion to the role. You'll need to be comfortable with frequent interstate travel to maintain field and client visibility. Your base location is flexible, allowing you to work where you are most effective.
