Reporting to the National Business Manager – Out of Home (OOH), our State Account Manager - VIC will drive the growth of our business throughout the VIC OOH market which align to our corporate objectives; which includes our wholesale seafood customers, our foodservice customers across all the buying groups & independents. Playing your part in the Sales team, you will be amazing at, but not limited to, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, first class product execution and delivering channel engagement and growth.

You will Contribute to the development of delivery of annual channel and account plans underpinned through new account identification, promotional program development, pricing strategy recommendations, claims and trade spend management.

• You will be a motivated and driven individual, with exceptional communication and leadership skills which will enable you to manage customer expectations;

• Demonstrated experience within the FMCG and Foodservice or Wholesale sector;

  • Self-motivation and passionate influencing capability building effective and sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Unwavering resilience and confidence and commitment to vision and strategy;
  • Strong presentation, planning and organisational skills;
  • Ability to think creatively & challenge the status quo to deliver channel growth;
  • High levels of tenacity to influence outcomes in the pursuit of business and customer results;
  • Desire and ability to work in a hyper fast paced environment;

• Excellent analytical skills with strong financial acumen; and

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
