Description:
The Program has been established to lead an significant integration to bring together two seperate services into a single service to better serve the state, the industry and the community,and also to improve the support and protection for the employees at local and regional levels. The Program is in the pre-transition phase and has just stood up 14 projects under a renewed program delivery and governance framework .
- In collaboration with the Program and Project teams, and the Stakeholder Engagement and Change discipline, deliver change management processes and business readiness deliverables as part of the pre-transition phase of the implementation program.
- Undertake and complete end to end change management activities including designing, planning and executing change elements to deliver workforce change.
- Perform business change impact assessments and other business readiness activities to support early adoption and deliver workforce/program change.
- Plan, manage and deliver all facets of change interventions for people impacted by machinery of Government change outcomes including reporting lines and business processes.
- Participate in forums and events, and collate insight reports, including the establishment, logging and tracking of engagement sentiment, identifying and responding to issues.
- Apply effective leadership to deliver project and program success.
- Ensure good practice project management discipline is being applied to the projects, including effective interaction with stakeholder engagement and communications function within the program.
- Identify change advocates for the reform within the sector and establish a change advocate network and associated program of activities. Establish effective working relationships to deliver successfully.
- Develop and maintain strategic and tactical communication and engagement artefacts and contribute to effective program reporting.
- Proven experience in building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations to constructively challenge the status quo, identify impacts of the desired future state, and enable leaders and employees to adopt new behaviours, mindsets and practices in order to achieve program objectives
- Collaborate across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful adoption and embedding of the required behaviours, mindsets and practices from business transformation and change initiatives.
- Apply contemporary practices and emerging trends that result in improved program/project outcomes.
