Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

Our platform makes running WordPress websites stress-free and cost-effective for our customers.

WordPress offers the world’s most extensive ecosystem of plugins, integrations, themes, and templates. It provides an exciting opportunity for businesses to bring their business and necessary capabilities online with minimal effort. However, building a managed hosting platform for WordPress requires a disciplined approach, balancing freedom for the customer/builder and delivering a reliable platform that allows code execution from thousands of developers.

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and talented technical program manager to help make high-velocity decisions, often under ambiguous circumstances. Technological complexities of managed hosting also bring opportunities to drive capital efficiency and the decisions to our customers' delight.

• Make high-velocity decisions, lots of them
• Drive critical initiatives that support company-level goals/KPIs and report to GoDaddy leadership
• Drive cost transparency and improvements
• Drive decisions impacting the customer experience as well as the business
• Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure smooth execution
• Organize roadmaps and ceremonies for successful execution
• Mentor, coach and develop junior TPMs
• Combination of technical, analytical, and business skills, bridging these together to drive scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Diving into deep technical discussions, highlighting complex trade-offs, and using data to support your recommendations
• Juggling competing priorities, handling ambiguity and diving deep to understand diverse product portfolios and customer requirements
• Working in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, scrum masters are welcome
• "Getting your hands dirty" to act as a change agent and create new applications, tools, processes, and reports
• Defining products and programs, effectively communicating strategic initiatives to business leaders, and often working with various engineering teams not part of your direct reporting chain
• Looking around corners and proactively identifying risks to customers
• Inventing new ways to measure the business's health and insist on high standards when holding others accountable to deliver
