Speech Language Pathologist

Description:

We believe people know how to do their best work – our job is to stay out of the way. We set clear performance indicators and actively support you to find your preferred way of meeting them

Decide what you want to specialise in – want to explore the benefits of using goats in therapy? We’re in! We want you to excel. If you want to specialise in paeds, great! If you want a lifespan caseload, awesome! We want to make sure that you’re working in the space where you can do your best work.

Collaboration:

The Allied Health Centre holds over 100 years of collective experience, and it’s a resource you’ll be able to tap into. Be it randomly over lunch, collaborating on a case or sharing through peer supervision

There is no senior/junior structure in the Allied Health Centre. All practitioners bring to the table their knowledge and experience in the spirit of sharing and learning. Some days you’ll be getting schooled, other days you’ll be the teacher.
