Solutions Architect

Description:

1.         As an Infrastructure SME, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.

2.         Lead all the activities involved in Service/infra enhancement.

3.         Should have high knowledge and expertise in managing/designing Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.

4.         Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.

5.         Knowledge on Exchange is an added advantage.

6.         Should be able to analyses all kinds of logs and fix critical issues. Drive service improvement programs.

7.         Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.

8.         Should be able to follow CMR process and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that the planned changes are implemented in the stipulated time with no outages.

9.         Keep the timesheet updated for the team

10.       Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

11.       Designing and signing off on any relevant architectural document on time

12.       Attending and presenting the solution to the Architectural Review Board

13.       Driving the technical discussion driving the solution
