Solutions Architect

Description:

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Architecture, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable and secure technology solutions that align with strategic objectives. It will lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring they meet business needs. The role will include overseeing the end-to-end solution design process, guiding technical teams during implementation, and ensuring that solutions are resilient, cost-effective, and meet performance standards. This role will be working with a specific part of the business and utilising Salesforce as the CRM to deliver a solution to the business.

What You Bring To The Role

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a solutions architecture role with experience across enterprise architecture
• Experience across salesforce preferred and other CRMs a consideration
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IT solutions
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
• Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Expertise collaborating with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
