Here’s your chance to go to the next level as our Software QA Engineer. This critical role will see you carrying out software QA activities within the R&D Radiology team based in Rydalmere.

- Carry out software QA tasks under the direction of the Software QA lead.
- Assist in planning and executing test activities for medical device software via manual and automated testing.
- Writing test plans for product releases.
- Finding and reporting software vulnerabilities.
- Producing test reports
- Maintaining software quality related documentation including test results, test plans, test guidelines etc.
- Adherence to both internal and industry software quality standards and the internal product development process.
- Working on initiatives to improve test processes
Does this sound like you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Python and one other computer language, preferably C, C++ or JavaScript.
- Object oriented programming experience.
- Experienced in building and working with automated test tools and testing frameworks
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver results in high pressure environment
- Complex technical problem solver
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated industry (preferably medical devices)
