Requirements
- Supporting clients with I.T issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring SLAs and customer service standard are met
- Managing IOS and Android devices like mobile phones and IPADS through Microsoft Intune
- Performing monthly Windows machine patching and application deployments using SCCM 2012
- Knowledge on Service Now ITSM Platform
- Timely and professional follow up on all calls,Quick identification,Troubleshooting MS Office 2016 and Office 365 issues, VPN related issues and control of high priority issues
- Managing hardware and software CMDB
- Providing support to VIP users, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
- Experience in diagnosing and supporting AV systems like Windows defender and McAfee
- Experience on Asus, Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, HP and MAC laptops Re-imaging the laptops
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with customers
- Providing remote support through Phone and other tools like (RDP, remote viewer, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business)
- Good Hands on knowledge on Compliance and security pertaining to patching windows
- Very Good Communication Skills
