Description:
To lead the technical direction of your assigned Agile team, overseeing the technical architecture and all engineering tasks, be point contact for any related product releases, pioneer technical best practices, influence high quality coding standards and oversee the technical roadmap for the Agile team’s products.
Also to collaborate with the Agile team’s Product Owner in converting business requirements to technical requirements where necessary.
Experience:
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment
- Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
- Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
- Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
- Comfortable working without routine supervision
- A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies
Skills:
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code across all platforms

- 2+ years of tech lead or team manager role
- 10+ years .Net experience
- 3+ years React/JS experience
- Strong RESTful API knowledge and API best practices
- Strong experience with event-driven microservices and APIs in a distributed architecture, decoupling legacy platform
- Good understanding of building platforms at Scale in Cloud, Azure knowledge
- Recent experience working in Scrum teams of Agile environment
- Strong experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes, Kubernetes, Docker
- Passioned about automated testing
