Our client is looking for an experienced Social Media Professional to join their Sydney team. This is an exciting role created with a reboot of social media and digital content in mind. Day to day, the role will be widely varied, ranging from community management to creative content concepting, exploring emerging content trends, platforms and technologies, as well as being exposed to strategic thinking and how to formulate responses to briefs. You will work alongside Marketing Executives, Strategists, and Designers to formulate holistic strategies for social media, while having the support of external media agencies for paid media executions.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy and external agency relationships.
• Defining social media KPIs – paid and organic media.
• Working with the wider team to build plans, quotes, and tracking documents
• Managing and overseeing social media content, working with internal designers and external agencies (paid media).
• Campaign reporting and tracking
• Community management alongside our Customer Support team.
• Auditing social channels and making recommendations.
• Conducting competitor analysis and growing your industry knowledge
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Using marketing tools such as Hubspot Marketing, Later, Monday.com
• Collaborating with content writers and regional community managers.
• Collaborating with compliance teams and ensure legal perimeters are adhered to
• Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggesting content optimization
• Using social listening software to deliver insights to the wider team
• Developing social communities and strategies for growth online
• Providing constructive feedback
