Description:
As the Social Media Operations Manager at Vision Creators, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our team, which includes social media coordinators, graphic designers, and photographers. You will work closely with the owner to make strategic decisions and ensure all aspects of our social media strategies are effectively implemented. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the owner in strategic decision-making and business operations.
- Coordinate the social media team, ensuring high-quality output and consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee the content creation process, including imagery, video, and other branded materials.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives and promote brand awareness.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, providing insights and ideas to improve our services.
- Art direction, and a creative eye for Photography, and knowledge of lighting and food styling highly regarded.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assist in all other Ad hoc tasks the owner requires
- Managing key Client Social Media Accounts
Qualifications:
- Studies and experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Located in Melbourne (preferably Central or South East), and a valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle to attend events, meetings, and photoshoots.
