Social Media Officer

An exciting, part time opportunity to join Box Hill Institute (BHI) as one of our Social Media Officers within our vibrant Marketing team!

Within this role you will bring to life the BHI social media strategy to help grow our brand and reach as a leading education provider! You will plan and deliver creative content across a range of digital channels as well as provide cross functional marketing and administrative support and advice in relation to social media trends and how best to drive audience growth.

As part of this role you will be managing the BHI social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn to ensure that engaging content is published on a regular basis that aligns with the teams strategic needs. You will also be developing and disseminating social media performance reports and making informed decisions on promoting content to achieve campaign objectives.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with a vast range of stakeholders across BHI as well as members of the public who submit enquiries via social media platforms.

This is a fantastic role where you will have the ability to be innovative and create content that will support us in achieving our engagement and growth goals!

Please note this role is part time 4 days per week based at our Elgar Road Campus.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role alongside relevant qualifications in related fields
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CC and other relevant programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement social media strategies and relevant reporting
• High level written and verbal communication skills; including creative writing, presentation skills and copywriting
• Commitment to delivering high quality outcomes
• Strong stakeholder relationship building skills and value add abilities
• Passionate about being creative and innovative; generating new ideas and is open to change
