Snr Manager Capability And Communications

Right now, we have a newly created Permanent Full-Time opportunity for a Senior Manager Capability & Communications to join the Business Engagement and Strategy team within the Advanced Analytics & Insights (AAI) Branch.

This team operate as the front door to Advanced Analytics and Insights with four teams working across Open Data, rapid response, business engagement and data capability development.

This role will lead and manage the design, development and implementation of high value, future-focused engagement, communication and capability initiatives and programs to ensure an engaged, connected and collaborative data-literate workforce within Advanced Analytics & Insight (AAI).

The role will lead a small team of around 4 people who are communications and capability specialists.

What you will be involved in:

• Proactively manage a team of communications specialists and capability specialists. With the former, in their development of consistent, effective and strategically aligned communications content across written and digital mediums, and manage and oversee the coordination of events that promote collaboration across business functions, branches and divisions. With the later, in their design, development and implementation of learning & development strategies, programs and practices to develop capability, workshops and training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, including strategic and discovery workshops, to elicit understanding of requirements to inform the shaping of strategies across AAI.
