We are looking for a Snow Travel Advisor to join our fun and passionate team of snow holiday experts.Our clients look to us for guidance and advice on booking incredible snow holidays around the world – whether it’s where to go and when, where to stay, what to do and how to get there. We then source the best deals, plan their itineraries, and manage all bookings, so all our clients have to do is pack their bags and get ready for an amazing adventure.
If you’re looking to build your career in travel, are passionate about snow holidays specifically, and pride yourself on next-level customer service and attention to detail, then this could be an exciting and fulfilling role for you.
We’re looking for someone with:

• Excellent attention to detail
• The drive to work hard and go above and beyond for their clients and managers
• Interest in and some knowledge about the world’s best skiing destinations, including resorts, properties and activities
• Travel industry experience, snow skiing / boarding experience, knowledge of international ski resorts and an understanding of what makes the ultimate snow travel holiday will be an advantage,
• Based in Melbourne. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with our clients to sell and confidently manage their world-wide snow holidays from start to finish
• Supporting Senior Travel Advisors, working with them to manage client trips
• Overseeing and compiling all travel documentation
• Working with our global partners of resorts and properties to book all aspects of client trips
