Joining Fujifilm as a SMB Solutions Sales Specialist will involve:

 

  • Growing the Upstream Solutions business unit by securing new customers and identifying additional opportunities within existing customers in the SMB market space.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Assessing a prospect's business process and develop a comprehensive strategy partnering with the Pre-Sales Solutions team
  • Responsible for the creation of relevant and targeted communications to clients and prospects
  • Generating proposal agreements
  • Close collaboration with the Presales Solutions team and MPS Sales teams across the broader business
  • Negotiating complex sales cycle to close
  • Ensure comprehensive ongoing customer engagement via a thorough understanding of accounts and industry vertical markets
  • Building long-term relationships with new and allocated clients
  • Sales deals are to follow business rules with the financial benefit for both FBAU and the client, achieving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct strategic customer engagements on a regular basis
  • Vertical Market Business plans developed, implemented, updated and reviewed in line with FBAU strategies to ensure growth of existing business and to target new business opportunities
  • All deals are managed within Salesforce and in line with the deal management process
  • Deal forecasts are reported and monitored on a weekly basis
  • Prior experience in selling software solutions into Small to mid-market clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales skills and experience managing client expectations and relationships
  • Organised and able to meet and maintain deadlines.
  • Ability to identify customer’s business challenges within the Upstream Solutions offerings
  • Understands financial aspects of deals and presents financial business case in proposals
  • Understanding of customer drivers, purchasing/decision processes
  • Ability to prepare and present successfully to all levels of customers
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling
  • Computer skills (ie Microsoft Office)
