This is a part-time, remote role for a Small Business Development Volunteer at Aviv Grace. The volunteer will be responsible for small business development tasks to support survivors, including financial analysis, communication with stakeholders, customer service, and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Small Business, Finance, and Sales skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of financial analysis for business development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Empathy and sensitivity towards survivors of human trafficking
• Relevant experience in business development or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience in those fields
