Site Manager

Description:

If you have only built apartments or towers, this role isn't for you (get in touch with us though, as we have plenty of other roles) This role is likely suited to a Site Manager, a Foreman, or a Leading hand with commercial project experience across education, health or institutional types of projects.
 

• You will be a forward-thinking Site Manager that has a proven record of bringing in a project to budget and timeframe
• 5+ years in a Site Manager role. Need to have built projects over $10M
• Possess the personal characteristics to engage positively with all project stakeholders
• Confident with construction related IT platforms
• Currently work in the tier 2 or tier 3 market
