We are currently seeking a Site Engineer for our Melbourne Airport Rail - Maribyrnong Project.

Site Engineers at Winslow are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our major infrastructure projects. Managing safety, time, cost, and quality you will get involved in tender handovers, project launch, site establishment, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement are all key responsibilities of the role.

Our Engineers get exposure across the full scope of projects including civils, structures, and utilities.

  • Project planning and programming tasks.
  • Liaising and managing client relationships.
  • Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
  • Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
  • Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • Experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Experience in working with authorities, such as local councils and Major Road Projects Victoria.
