Showroom Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Greater Sydney Area. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing the showroom floor, supervising sales associates, overseeing inventory and ordering, managing customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for all visitors. The Showroom Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and will report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications
 

• Experience in a Retail Management or Customer Service role
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working on a point of sale (POS) system and with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
