Essential Skills and Experience

• SPO editing and site collection administration

• Experience developing SPFX webparts and application customizers using Typescript and React

• Configuration of SPO to allow development of site stats and analytics, dynamic feature development, publishing workflows, and metadata schema to allow automation and content roll ups.

• User experience design

• Best practice web publishing standards including knowledge of accessibility & how to mark-up features semantically in HTML

• High level interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and communicate information and expectations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Familiarity with browser testing & debugging.

• Apply ALM best practices with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Azure services

• Maintain a professional approach to documentation, including but not limited to drafting initial functional specification documents, project documentation for ongoing reference once a project is completed and development of procedures and guidelines for QA purposes
